In this versatile office service position you are the first point of contact for all international customers. These customers mainly call because they have questions about spare parts they need. You answer their questions but also take care of the ordering. You will work closely with your colleagues from the purchasing department but also from the logistics department. You monitor progress and keep customers informed. Contact with customers takes place by telephone and email. It is important that, in addition to Dutch, you also speak and write English well. You also prepare quotations and follow up this process.
