Your main responsibility lies in managing both the warehouse and the outdoor areas. As a warehouse employee you are responsible for managing materials and equipment, whereby you accurately register the import and issue per project and construction team. The transport of materials and equipment to and from the construction sites is also your responsibility. You maintain direct contact with our executors and construction teams.
You are also responsible for placing orders and maintaining an optimal stock of materials, tools and equipment. You communicate new orders in a timely manner to the head of the central warehouse, where orders are bundled and solutions are examined at cross-location level. Our ambition in Tholen is a closed warehouse, in which you will play an important role in its further development.
In addition, some electrical knowledge is required for inspecting and repairing tools. We also prefer to carry out inspections of ladders, stairs and mobile scaffolding in-house. You carry out these inspections for Tholen , possibly also for other branches, and sometimes on site with the carpenters at the construction site. If time is available, you are ready to provide assistance to the executors. It may also occasionally happen that you support our service employee with jobs that require extra help.
