What will you do as an executor?
As an executor at A. Hak Warmte, you are involved in renovation, new construction or maintenance projects for the installation of underground pipes for district heating. Your project locations are mainly in Zuid-Holland , Westland and the Randstad. Furthermore, your responsibilities are:

• You are in charge of the teams working on district heating projects and you ensure unity and efficiency within these teams thanks to your no-nonsense approach and insight into people.
• You often act as the first point of contact on the construction site. 
• You maintain contacts with subcontractors and clients at various levels.
• During the implementation of the project, you closely monitor the cost budget and submit weekly reports. If necessary, you make adjustments in consultation with the main executor or project leader to maintain the scope.
• You guarantee quality and ensure that the work meets the quality requirements. You inspect the work regularly and intervene where necessary.

As an executor, you have an eye for safety and you are able to solve problems quickly. Your leadership and organizational skills ensure that projects are completed successfully. With your direct approach and insight into people, you ensure harmony within your team. The ideal candidate excels in stress resistance and flexibility, ready to switch effortlessly and flourish in dynamic working environments. You are assertive and strong in planning and organizing. You also have:

• Minimum MBO level, preferably in the field of technology or infrastructure.
• Demonstrable experience as an (assistant) executor in infrastructure.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, such as VCA and ARBO.
• Driving License B.
