I am looking for an experienced wood rot repairer for a painting company. It concerns a company of 40 - 65 colleagues where you are often alone and independently on the road to various projects. One time you are working on burglary or damage repair and the next time you are active in a major maintenance project.

As a wood rot repairer you are responsible for installing and restoring wood (constructions). You do the following activities:

Wood rot repairs (both large and small);

(Small-scale) carpentry;

Removal and replacement of old wood constructions;

Removal of wood rot, so that the rotting process stops. Then repair the damage;

Carrying out small masonry, painting, stucco and glazing work.

You do this work independently.

About the client

We are looking for a wood rot repairer for a company in the region of Leek . Together with an experienced team, you ensure that inhabited private and housing corporation homes look like new again.

What we offer you:

As a wood rot repairer you are reliable and of course you keep your agreements. In addition, you like to work independently, you have good insight and good judgment. This is according to:

At least 3 years of experience as a hotrot repairman or carpenter at a carpentry company, painting company or property maintenance company;

Carpenter's diploma level 3 or completed painter's training level 3 (with wood rot repair care 3)

In possession of a driver's license and own transport (pre);

VCA basis (or prepare to get it for FREE via Actief Techniek! );
