In this role you are the first point of contact for our customers in Bleiswijk . You are ready to answer questions, schedule delivery appointments and support them. You really make a difference with your customer friendliness. The department operates from Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and on Saturday from 9am to 5pm. So flexibility is key! Because the customer works in the Benelux, it is important that you, as a customer service employee, master the English language in addition to the Dutch language.
