Calculator green

As a Calculator you are a crucial link in the preparation process of green projects. You play a key role in preparing cost calculations and providing detailed quotations. 
As the third member of this great team, you contribute to ensuring the financial feasibility of projects and provide customers with transparent and honest quotations.

Responsibilities:

1. Cost calculations:

   • Thorough analysis of project requests and specifications to identify all cost elements;
   • Preparing detailed cost calculations with attention to material costs, labor hours and other relevant factors.

2. Quotation preparation:

   • Collaborate with various internal departments to create accurate and competitive quotes;
   • Communicate with suppliers to negotiate the best prices and terms.

3. Budget management:

   • Actief monitoring project budgets and proactively proposing any adjustments;
   • Identify cost-efficient solutions without sacrificing quality.

4. Report:

   • Periodically report to management on the financial status of ongoing projects;
   • Contribute to the optimization of the calculation process and the implementation of improvements.

What we ask of you:

• Completed MBO/HBO education in a relevant field;
• Experience as a Calculator, preferably within the landscaping or related sector;
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations;
• Commutatively strong and not afraid to ask questions;
• Accuracy and an eye for detail.
