We are looking for operators for a leading company in the dairy industry. Do you have no experience as an operator yet, but have you gained proven production experience? Then you are very welcome, because we can teach you these valuable skills!

About the client

In Zeewolde we work together with a leading player in the dairy industry. Various dairy products are manufactured here, such as milk, cream and butter. As an operator in the food industry, it is your job to ensure production runs smoothly. You are alert to possible problems and solve them quickly. You will also lead a team of production employees, where effective communication is essential. Mastering the Dutch language is therefore necessary. You have insight into the strengths of your team members and encourage them to make optimal use of them. Safety and hygiene are central.

• You have demonstrable production experience;
• You have some technical affinity;

• You can see the work. If production comes to a standstill for a while, you can take on other jobs around your workplace;
• You are familiar with HACCP and GMP;
