As a Facility Employee you are the first point of contact for all employees within this organization. From providing laptops and phones to resolving operational issues, you're here to help. You provide support not only in the office, but also on location by providing physical workplace support. 

Your tasks:

• Issuing and management of laptops, telephones and keys.
• Solving daily problems with facilities and office automation.
• Keeping and maintaining manuals.
• Supporting caretakers with operational activities.
• Daily maintenance and coordination of reports in FMIS Planon.
• Administrative tasks and project support.

What we offer you:

• A gross monthly salary between €2,244 and €3,190 (scale 6) for a full working week of 36 hours.
• 25 vacation days based on 40 hours.

What we ask of you:

• At least a completed MBO level 4 diploma, preferably facility-related.
• You are technically skilled and have a proactive attitude.
• You have a driving license B.
