Logistics employee

About the client

Our customer is the specialist when it comes to the export of chicken. You as a shipping employee are responsible for the entire logistics process of this product. You work in a team of approximately 6 colleagues who work an average of 8 to 9 hours a day. This is a two-shift position where you start one week from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the other week from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. As a forwarding employee, you are responsible for collecting orders, preparing them for shipment by sealing and stickering and then loading them into the truck. This can be picked by hand or using an electric pallet truck. 

You are also responsible for:

• Process orders in the system;
• Print out order lists;
• Carry out administration in a separate system;
• And you help your colleagues to keep the warehouse in order.

What we offer you:

• A salary between €2500 and €2700 based on full-time experience;
• Travel allowance if you have to travel more than 10KM of €0.19 per KM;
• 25 vacation days per year;

What we ask of you:

• Masters the Dutch or English language;
• You are flexible and available at short notice;
• Don't mind working in a refrigerated environment.
