Collaborating foreman

As a cooperating foreman of the assembly department, you will work with your colleagues to produce and assemble the products and you will lead the assembly team. Important to know, the current cooperating foreman will help you get started and ensure that you master the position! 

Your tasks as a cooperating foreman:

• Guiding colleagues, you are always available to help and support your colleagues; 
• You have an overview and ensure that planning and output run smoothly, in conjunction with the work of the other teams;
• You don't shy away from creating high-quality products;
• You are responsible for assembling and assembling these essential products;
• Completing customer-specific solutions: Customization is no problem for you; you ensure that every customer is satisfied;
• You work accurately and ensure that everything runs smoothly administratively;
• You guarantee the quality of the products by carrying out regular checks on semi-finished and finished products.

About the client

You will work in a down-to-earth environment, where you work closely with your colleagues and the current cooperating foreman of the assembly department. Your working days are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

What we offer you:

• A salary between €2,600 and €3,000 gross per month; 
• Travel allowance of 0.23 cents per km;
• Working in day shifts;
• You will work in a pleasant, safe working environment with nice colleagues;

• Holiday pay of 8.33%;
• A job for a longer period of time with the intention of permanent employment;
• Pension accrual from day 1.

What we ask of you:

• Minimum MBO 4 working and thinking level;
• You come from the area of Drachten ; 
• You have knowledge and experience in the metal industry;
