Operator

As an operator at our client in Oudewater , you play a crucial role in cutting, grating and packaging cheese. Experience is not a requirement, because the customer offers internal training options. What is more important is your technical insight, eagerness to learn, and openness to development.

Your duties include:

• Setting up and possibly converting machines via the computer.
• Managing employees on the production lines.
• Active participation in the production process.
• Guaranteeing quality and food safety.

The working hours are divided into two shifts, which means that one week you work from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the other week from 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. Of course you will receive an allowance for working early and late hours.

• Salary between €2300 - €2700, depending on age and experience

• No diploma required; internal operator training is offered
