Operator

Are you someone who loves technology, enjoys tinkering and prefers to work in a production environment? Then the position of operator could be something for you!

As an operator, you work together with your colleagues to prepare products for packaging. You are familiar with the machines and can solve small technical problems yourself, so some technical knowledge or affinity is required. Because Bison International mainly produces 'slow moving' products, production numbers are relatively small. This means that as an operator you spend a lot of time adjusting the machines, which gives you a varied and varied job.

As an operator you are flexible and perform various tasks every day, including:

• Preparing packaging
• Setting up the machine for filling and packaging
• Checking the filled products
• Making stickers for the packaging
• Cleaning and (dis)assembling machines
• Resolving malfunctions and/or reporting them
• Giving instructions to colleagues who pack

As an operator you work in 2 shifts from Monday to Friday. The working hours are:

• Early shift: Monday to Thursday 5:20 AM - 2:30 PM and Friday: 5:20 AM - 12:00 PM
• Late shift: Monday to Thursday 2:20 PM - 11:30 PM and Friday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

What we offer you:

• 39-hour working week
• The starting salary is € 14.93 excluding 14.2% shift allowance and ADV allowance
• Travel allowance €0.21 cents per km
• 8.33% holiday pay
• End-of-year profit sharing

• MBO work and thinking level
• Knowledge and experience in a production environment or affinity with technology 
• Own transport, or live in the area Goes
• Good communicative skills
• Commitment and motivation are top priority!
