Are you a senior in payroll administration with a sharp eye for detail and affinity with digitalization? Do you want to play a crucial role in paying salaries on time and optimizing work processes within a dynamic environment? Then this challenging position as a Senior Payroll Employee with our client is tailor-made for you!

As part of the Central Payroll Administration and Functional Management (CSF), you work together with a team of professionals to harmonize and improve salary administrative processes. You are responsible for generating reports, carrying out checks and providing clear answers to questions about salary-related matters.

Your daily tasks include:

  • Timely processing salary payments and generating reports.
  • Carrying out calculations in special personnel situations.
  • Checking salary data and answering questions from employees.
  • Investigating the impact of new collective labor agreements and legal changes on administrative processes.

About the client

The client has guaranteed clean water in an intensively used area for more than 730 years. Within the Personnel, Organisation, Emergencies and Safety (POC) department you work together with more than 30 motivated colleagues on HR policy and payroll administration. The informal and relaxed working atmosphere creates a unique working environment where your contribution really makes a difference.

What we offer you:

  • A salary in accordance with a minimum of €3170 and a maximum of €4159 gross per month based on full-time;
  • A full-time appointment of 36 hours per week, with hybrid work options in Delft ;
  • A short-term start date with a provisional end date of 01.03.2025;
  • You also accrue 25 vacation days and 8.33% vacation pay.

What we ask of you:

As a senior payroll administration employee you have:

  • A Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration (MBO) and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferably knowledge of and experience with legal position and employment conditions.
  • Affinity with automation and experience with ADP Workforce and/or Visma-Raet is an advantage.
  • A VPS certification is preferred.
