Road builder wanted area Hengelo (24 - 40 hours)

We are looking for a paver (24 - 40 hours) for a renowned paving contractor in the area Borne and Hengelo .

As a paving contractor you are responsible for accurately and efficiently laying paving according to the specifications and designs of our customers. You will work as part of a two-man team of experienced professionals to complete projects on time and within budget. This position requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail and teamwork. At the start of the season there will be work for 24 hours, as the season progresses it will become 32 to 40 hour working weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing the site for paving work, including leveling and compacting the surface.
• Laying different types of paving, such as clinkers, tiles and natural stone, using different techniques.
• Handle materials and tools with care to minimize waste and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project objectives and resolve any challenges during implementation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

• Demonstrable experience as a paving contractor or similar position.
• Knowledge of various paving materials, techniques and tools.
• Ability to work accurately and pay attention to details.
• Team player with good communication skills and a representative appearance.
• Willingness to work in a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
• In possession of a driving license B (driving license BE is an advantage).
