Technical inspector

Are you a driven professional in the field of civil engineering and technical installations? Do you have an eye for quality, safety and customer satisfaction? Then this position as a technical inspector is for you!
As an Inspector you are responsible for checking the execution of various works within the Civil Engineering Works and Technical Installations product group. You work closely with a team of administrators, a manager and a fellow supervisor. Together you form the link between policy and implementation, where quality and customer focus come first.

Your tasks include:

• Assessing action plans, safety plans, road closures and designs within the framework agreements.
• Carrying out inspections during the execution of work and testing whether safety regulations, laws and regulations and staff competencies are being complied with.
• Ensuring proper tender administration.
• Monitoring schedules and checking upon delivery, including preparing acceptance and drawing up the delivery report.
• Identifying and communicating changes in the management system for public spaces.

You will also participate in the on-call duty for the Markt-Maastunnel, where you are responsible for ensuring the safety and proper functioning of this important infrastructure.

What we ask of you:

• A completed education at MBO-4 level.
• Demonstrable relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of CROW/RAW system and UAV 2012.
• VCA+ certificate or willingness to obtain this.
• Experience with and knowledge of relevant digital systems.
