Machine operator

Would you like to work as a machine operator at a concrete company in Rheden ? Do you enjoy tinkering and are you technically inclined? Then read on!

Your day starts with a nice cup of coffee, then you start working independently with the machines. You are responsible for part of the factory and the associated processes and production lines. Together with your team leader, you ensure that the day runs as smoothly as possible. In the department where you will work, molds are made and filled with concrete. The concrete is hardened and finally removed from the mold. The concrete product is finished and stored in the warehouse.

Your responsibilities as a machine operator include:

• Carrying out minor repairs and any deviations to the machines;
• Minor adjustments to current production machines upon request;
• Starting up and shutting down production machines;
• Helping on the production line together with your colleagues;
• Converting the machines for the next product.

You will work from Monday to Friday in a 2-shift system. The first week you work the morning shift from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and the other week the evening shift from 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.

About the client

Our customer is a developer, producer and supplier of prefab concrete elements. They produce rail products and switches that are used daily in projects throughout Nederland and Internationally. They make rail products for trains, metros and trams. You should not only think of rails, but they also produce underground wells, large concrete slabs and cycle paths.

What we offer you:

• An attractive salary of € 14.80 per hour (from 21 years old) and excluding shift allowance;
• Shift allowance of 107.6% in the early shift and 115.1% in the late shift;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;

• You are available full-time for a longer period of time;
• You can start and stop machines;
• Command of the Dutch language, spoken and written;
