As a Furnace Construction Team Leader, you lead a team of professionals who carry out maintenance work on installations with refractory materials.
You are responsible for achieving business results and maintain regular contact with clients. You make decisions about the approach, implementation and improvement of standard work assignments, such as refractory maintenance on distribution boxes and other refractory-lined parts.
You will also manage a team of nine experienced professionals, who specialize in fire-, acid- and wear-resistant brickwork. You ensure a safe working environment, optimize work assignments, monitor the work organization and guarantee the quality of completed assignments.
With your leadership and technical knowledge, you set your team on fire to deliver excellent performance.

• A technical MBO-4 diploma, preferably Construction, Mechanical Engineering or Production.
• Experience in a managerial position is preferred.

• A proactive attitude and do not wait, but intervene when necessary;
