Office worker

In this role you are responsible for maintaining customer contacts, providing advice, and coordinating internal processes. Together with your colleagues you form the link between customers and production. 

Your tasks include:

• Customer advice: Communicating with customers via telephone, email and website, understanding customer needs and providing appropriate advice, including preparing quotations and making delivery arrangements.
• Collaboration : Close collaboration with colleagues in the field of sales, administration, planning and production to ensure that the entire process runs smoothly.
• Development: Continuous development of knowledge and skills to optimally serve customers, with the support of internal training.
• Purchasing, sales and planning: Involvement in planning orders based on customer wishes and new product developments, including planning of moulds, release processes and series production, and active participation in ensuring the availability of raw materials for production.

About the client

We are a leading manufacturer of rubber molded parts, rubber-metal products, sealing rings, o-rings and plastic injection molded parts. Our products are supported by high-quality moulds, largely manufactured in-house. Due to our constant growth, we strive to adapt and develop new moulds, which necessitates expansion of our mold making facility.

What we ask of you:

To be successful in this role, we consider the following important:

• At least an MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and towards customers.
• Good knowledge of common software and office automation.
• Affinity with a production environment
