What are you going to do?

Do you want a lot of variety in your work, do you want to manage a process properly and are you looking for a new challenge? Then we are looking for you! We are looking for operators for location Leeuwarden who want to help build success. 

As an operator you are responsible for ensuring that one or more production processes run smoothly. You adjust machines and tanks and ensure that the necessary (auxiliary) raw materials are available. You also know how to recognize malfunctions and solve them independently. You then report the fault to your immediate manager and ensure the registration. 

Your activities look like this:

• You ensure that the production, processing and packaging processes run smoothly and efficiently. You do this on the basis of regulations, specifications and visual information on the equipment you work with.
• You keep a close eye on the process and dose excipients and check the process data.
• You carry out quality checks based on prescribed production samples and register the coding, name and batch number.
• You identify improvements with regard to quality and quantity. You guide and train new employees.
• You maintain machines and keep the workplaces clean.
• In the absence of the direct manager, you are partly responsible for the production process. You have a lot of contact with different departments.

It produces under its own brand and under private label and is active nationally and internationally.

• Gross hourly wage between € 14.42 & € 14.96 (excluding shift allowance in 2 or 3 shifts);

What we ask of you:

You are analytical, accurate and meticulous. You are also proactive, flexible and have a hands-on mentality. In addition, you have or are:

• MBO 3/4 working and thinking level, this is demonstrable through a completed education;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of or experience with quality systems;
• Physically healthy, you will regularly lift boxes or bags up to 25 kg;
• Willing to work overtime during busy times, in consultation.
