We are looking for a work planner/administrative employee for a customer in Utrecht . As a work planner/administrative employee, you play a crucial role in ensuring that service to customers runs smoothly. You are the link between the customer, technicians and planning, which is why it is important that you can work accurately! This is a full-time position, but 32 hours is negotiable. 

The tasks within this position are;

  • Carrying out various administrative checks;
  • Taking responsibility for various work preparation tasks;
  • Work with the warehouse manager to coordinate the transportation of goods to project locations;
  • Assist the Internal Service Coordinator and Project Manager in daily tasks related to the implementation of projects;
  • Ensure the complete handling of subcontractors engaged by the department;
  • Share responsibility with others for administrative actions in various operational systems.

You will be part of an enthusiastic team and the working days are from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Salary between €2,500 - €3,200 gross per month (based on 40 hours).

What we ask of you:

  • Minimum MBO Working and thinking level;
  • Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge of automated systems, preferably Navision;
  • You have an affinity with installation and technology;
  • Living in Region Utrecht is an advantage, but not required.
