Mowing operator wanted area Enschede

We are looking for a full-time (mowing) operator with experience for a municipality in Twente. The municipality is committed to providing quality services to its residents and maintaining a safe, clean and attractive environment. As an integral part of this team, the mowing operator plays a vital role in maintaining the community's green spaces and landscape.

What are you going to do: 

As a mowing operator you are responsible for carrying out mowing work on various areas within the municipality, such as parks, roadsides, and sports fields. You will work with different types of mowers and other equipment to ensure that landscaping maintenance is carried out in an efficient and effective manner. You are also responsible for inspecting and maintaining the machines to ensure that they are safe and operational.

About the client

This organization is responsible for the maintenance and construction of public spaces on behalf of the municipality. This includes the maintenance of public gardens, mowing lawns, pruning trees, signage, sewerage and construction.

• Demonstrable experience as a mowing operator or in a similar position as a operator.
• In possession of a valid driving license B (driving license C is a plus).
• Carrying out mowing work on various sites within the municipality.
• Inspect and maintain mowers and other equipment.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations.
• Report any problems or defects to managers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently.
• May assist with other landscaping maintenance activities as needed.
• Able to work independently and plan tasks efficiently.
• In possession of VCA, or prepared to obtain it within 3 months.
• Living in area Enschede .
