Lifeguard

Our client in Zaltbommel is looking for an enthusiastic lifeguard for a position of 20 to 38 hours per week. As a lifeguard you give swimming lessons and organize activities for various target groups. Every day you share your enthusiasm for swimming with visitors and ensure a professional approach. You supervise recreational swimming, ensure cleanliness and are ready to answer questions from parents and children.

Important tasks are:

• Providing swimming lessons and target group activities.
• Supervise during recreational swimming.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Assisting parents and children with questions.

About the client

You will work at a newly renovated sports complex that opened its doors in 2021. With a pleasant working atmosphere and helpful colleagues, this swimming pool is a pleasant place to work. We are a driven and people-oriented organization where every day is different.

What we offer you:

• A salary between €13.27 and €15.19 gross per hour
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% vacation pay

What we ask of you:

• Minimum 20 hours of availability, including evenings and weekends.
• A completed level 2 education or the willingness to retrain yourself through us. 
• Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
• In possession of an emergency response and first aid diploma or the willingness to obtain these through us.
