Caretaker

We are looking for flexible facility staff for the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht . Your task package will consist of various activities. For example, you may have to replace a light bulb, prepare a classroom for the next lesson or keep track of the stock of various supplies. You may also be approached by students or visitors in the hallway. You will therefore also walk around the building as a host/hostess. Actually, you are a real jack-of-all-trades. By carrying out your work, students can enjoy a good, safe and attractive learning environment. 

What kind of work should you consider?

• carrying out various facility, (small) technical and household tasks;
• you resolve facility complaints and malfunction reports;
• you conduct inspection rounds inside and outside the building;
• replenish service points with office supplies and printing, among other things;
• you are responsible for preparing spaces (meeting rooms) for various meetings
  
  
• Working days: Monday to Saturday (you always receive the planning from us a few weeks in advance, we will schedule you based on the availability you specify. The more flexible you are, the more we can deploy you. However, it is important that you are also available on Saturdays)
• Working hours: Between 07:00 and 22:15 
• Start date: Immediately
• Number of hours: 8-24 hours per week

• a salary ranging from €15.23 to €20.42 per hour (based on scale 5);

• you are in possession of a BHV Diploma or are willing to obtain one (at our expense).
