Process Operator

As a Process Operator in this production department, you play a crucial role in ensuring the paper production process runs efficiently. From the control room you supervise all aspects of the process, from chemical composition to machine measurements. These activities are important to ensure that high-quality paper products are produced to the correct specifications.

Your main responsibilities: 

Smoothing the paper production process is essential to achieving this company's production goals. As a Process Operator you are responsible for monitoring and adjusting the production process to ensure the highest possible quality. Without your expertise and dedication, this company cannot meet the demand for various paper products. Your tasks include:

• Setting up and adjusting the production process;
• Carrying out quality checks and analyzing production data;
• Solving operational problems and carrying out maintenance work;
• Coordinating with colleagues to ensure a smooth production flow;
• Compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Within this function you can choose from various types of services that result in an additional surcharge depending on the service. The services are only during the week, which means you have weekends free!

What we offer you:

• You earn a starting salary of €2,500 gross per month, with the opportunity to earn 30% on top of this within six months. This would mean that you suddenly switch from €2,500 gross per month to €3,250 gross per month;
• You will receive allowances appropriate to the type of service you will be performing;
