E&I work planner

In this position you are responsible for preparing, organizing and coordinating activities for the efficient implementation of industrial installations. The Industry & Infrastructure business unit deals with electrical solutions within the industry and infrastructure sector, and offers the entire process from advice to maintenance. What are you going to do?

• You prepare the implementation of industrial installations (E&I, Electrical and Instrumentation) and coordinate the activities to ensure that projects run smoothly.
• You draw up work instructions, order materials, maintain contact with suppliers and assist with planning and problem solving.
• You develop work packages for both internal production and external customers and act as a point of contact for material deliveries.
• You monitor financial progress and document project results, assist the project manager in making quotations and calculations.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,650 and €4,550 based on a 40-hour working week.

What we ask of you:

• Completed higher professional education in Electrical Engineering or similar, possibly supplemented with professional courses.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills.
• Technical insight, analytical skills, customer focus and team spirit.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, MS Projects, and reading and interpreting drawings.
