Process operator

In this role as a Process Operator you are responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly. You can do this by working on: 

• Monitoring and optimizing the production process.

• Carrying out quality controls and ensuring product standards. 

• Resolving any malfunctions quickly and efficiently and carrying out preventive maintenance on machines and equipment. 

Innovation is of paramount importance to this organization. You will work in a relatively small team, where there is an informal and collegial atmosphere. Collaboration is central, both within your own team and with other departments. Within this organization we work in a 3-shift system, and you participate in this together with 2 other colleagues. No education or work experience is required for this position. Various training options are offered!
