As a Management Assistant, you are the pillar of support for the management of the POC (Personnel, Organization and Emergencies) department. Your job is to let management focus on their tasks without worries by providing excellent service. You provide a wide range of secretarial support and always maintain a proactive attitude. Your daily challenges include scheduling appointments, organizing facilities and performing administrative tasks. As part of the team of management assistants within FZO, you contribute to excellent service and work together on further professionalization. The client is looking for a temporary (6 months) management assistant for 32 hours per week.

Your daily challenges: Start your day with goal-oriented planning, support management in their tasks, organize meetings and work with colleagues to provide hospitable services. You work in a hybrid environment, where flexibility and digitalization are central.

The client has a rich history of more than 700 years and focuses on important social themes such as climate adaptation, sustainability and inclusivity. As a personnel administration employee you will work within an expertise department that deals with HR, Safety and Crisis Management. You will become part of a relaxed and informal atmosphere with more than 30 enthusiastic colleagues who are passionate about their profession.

What we ask of you:

  • At least a completed MBO level 4 education, preferably in the direction of management assistant.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrable work experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent digital skills, with knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with hybrid working and remote support is an advantage.
