Gardener

As a Gardener, you are the key figure in making garden dreams come true. Your responsibility is to create various gardens. From attractive backyards with ponds to sleek modern front gardens, you make it possible.

Your duties include:

• You independently manage a project and can create a garden.
• Ground work, such as laying out and paving paths and terraces.
• Installing fences, pergolas and other garden elements.
• Planting trees, shrubs and flowers according to the garden design.
• Installation of irrigation systems and lighting.
• Managing a team on larger projects.
• Communication with the customer and colleagues to ensure the project is a success.
• Maintenance of private gardens.

Requirements for Green Successes:

• Experience as a landscape gardener is an advantage, experience in management or leading projects and the will to learn also suffice.
• Knowledge of plants and materials for garden construction.
• Creative thinking to bring the garden design to life.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• You work professionally and carefully.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• In possession of a driving license B (BE is an advantage, but can also be obtained via Actief ).
