Production employee

Are you a physical production employee who would like to work a day shift at a specialist company that makes rubber compounds? Then this is a position for you! 

You will work as a day shift production employee and together with the team you will ensure a streamlined production process. You enjoy developing yourself further and, where possible, growing or learning in a company to become a true all-rounder. 

The tasks that belong to your position include the following:

• You take care of the receipts of raw materials
• You will weigh these and prepare them for the supply of the production process 
• You operate the mixers and rollers that ensure mixing the raw materials into the correct product that can be used for making the rubber compounds.
• You operate the extruders, roller, mixing machine and cutting tables
• You weigh, package and load the products for the shipping department.

You will work at a specialist company that makes rubber compounds that are used in the automotive, oil and gas industries. The company has been around for 30 years and are true specialists in supplying high-quality products that meet customer-specific wishes.

What we ask of you:

• You have completed a MBO 2 education
• You have a hands-on mentality. 
• You have your own transport
• You speak the Dutch language or you are willing to learn it.
