Production Employee

As a production employee within our company, you play an essential role in the production of thermoplastic sandwich panels. In various departments you are involved in sawing, sealing, laminating, milling, bending and welding composite panels. These panels are used in a variety of sectors, such as advertising billboards, caravans, trucks and facade cladding. It is very important that you have a high level of accuracy and pay close attention to the quality of the final product.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Operating machines and tools for producing sandwich panels.
• Ensuring efficient production and achieving set goals.
• Carrying out quality checks and timely reporting deviations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers.
• Strict compliance with safety regulations and procedures in the workplace.

What we offer you:

• A gross hourly wage of €14.64
• Possibility of a permanent contract

What we ask of you:

We are looking for driven candidates with a passion for technology. The position concerns full-time work that requires excellent command of the Dutch language and where the ability to perform physically demanding work is essential. Having a forklift and VCA certificate is an advantage, but candidates who are willing to obtain these through the company are also encouraged to apply.

Key requirements and qualifications include:

• Experience in a production environment.
• Possessing a forklift and VCA certificate is an added value, but we are open to candidates who are willing to obtain these through the company.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.
• Accuracy and an eye for detail.
• Good team player with strong communication skills.
• Physically able to work in a production environment and perform demanding tasks.
