Your tasks include:

• Customer contact via various channels such as telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp or chat
• Advising customers about our products and services
• Finding solutions that increase customer satisfaction
• Maintaining customer administration

About the client

As a customer service employee you will work for a dynamic company in Den Bosch with more than a century of experience in technical services. The current team consists of passionate professionals who strive for excellence. What we offer you:

With us you can count on:

• A gross monthly salary from €2300 to €2800 based on a 38-hour working week, depending on experience
• Possibility of both part-time and full-time work

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written
• Available for 24 to 38 hours per week
• Has experience with customer contact
