Production planner

What are you going to do?

The Planning department consists of 10 colleagues in the positions of Order Management and Production Planner. Together you ensure that the entire supply chain for the production and shipping of natural ingredients for the food industry, and in particular the soft drinks and fruit drinks industry, runs smoothly every day. About 300 batches are planted per week and of course there are some ad-hoc challenges involved. Your activities: 

• You design and create the production schedule for the next week to two weeks and combine the customer's wishes and the efficiency of the production lines. 
• You communicate the planning to the team leaders on the floor.
• You work together with various departments to absorb and resolve ad-hoc changes.
• You further organize the planning program and coach your colleagues.
• You will be involved in various projects to improve the organization.

• Immediately a contract with Döhler for 32-39 hours per week (they stop an hour earlier on Fridays).
• A gross salary between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month based on a 39-hour working week.

What we ask of you:

Creating and managing the planning of a production company, especially in the food industry, is complex and challenging. That is why we are looking for an experienced colleague who has at least five years of experience as a planner in a production environment. In addition, we ask:

• A completed MBO4/HBO course in the field of Logistics or Supply chain.
• Ambition to work on improvement projects and grow to team leader. 
• Knowledge of planning programs.
