Adder

As an Adder at a large all-round construction company, you work on various projects, from homes to commercial properties. No day is the same, and your craftsmanship is essential to the success of our projects. You start every day from 7:00 am from the main branch in IJmuiden . From there you go out with your colleagues, but not before you have loaded all the materials and tools onto the bus. Armed with a joint board, joint iron, gloves, mixer, mixing bowl, brushes and water sprayer, you go to the job. Once you arrive at the job, start cutting out the joints. Then clean the joint with water and a brush so that there is no sand or loose cement in between. Then you can start reapplying the grout. How does that work? We can teach you that! 

The working days are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Have you and your team completed the job before? Then you can go home and get paid until 4:00 PM!

About the client

The company is owned by an ambitious entrepreneur who employs more than 60 people. He took over the company from his father, a real family business and this is also noticeable on the work floor. People attach great importance to the strength of the team, and fun team events are also regularly organized. 

Furthermore, the company is very broadly oriented and focuses on several segments within renovation. You can think of carpentry, painting, plastering, joints and so on. This makes the company a total service provider for every renovation job!

What we ask of you:

- You have an affinity with construction
- You have VCA or are willing to obtain it
- You have a driving license B
