As an account manager at Censo, great challenges await you:

  • Creating new business opportunities through strategic approaches.
  • Actively utilizing existing customer relationships, networks and targeted marketing initiatives to generate leads.
  • Representing Censo within influential business circles in your region.
  • Accurately maintaining administrative tasks, calendars and CRM systems to ensure all information remains up to date.
  • Regularly reporting to the sales manager on progress and results achieved

Because we see a sharply increasing demand for help on how to implement sustainability. And to really help customers, an integrated approach to the complete energy issue is needed. That is why we connect all forces in the entire energy chain.

What we offer you:

  • Immediately a one-year contract with Censo. 
  • A salary depending on your experience between €3500.00 - 4500.00 gross per month. based on 40 hours. You can increase this with an excellent bonus scheme, without a ceiling! 
  • Lease car, also for private use with a fuel card + €75 net expense allowance per month. 
  • 25 vacation days + the option to purchase 10 additional days based on full-time employment. 
  • The flexibility to work hybrid means that you organize your week based on customer appointments, both from home and at one of our locations (Nieuwegein, Amersfoort , Oisterwijk , Goes , Almelo and Nijmegen). 
  • Fully covered pension plan paid by Censo.

What we ask of you:

As an account manager, you are someone with proven results, an existing network in your region, the drive to score and you have an affinity with sustainability. You also have: 

  • An HBO thinking and working level. 
  • Do you speak and write the Dutch language fluently? 
  • At least 5 years of work experience as an account manager in new business.
