As a production employee at Europrovyl you are responsible for manually mounting components on plastic frames and window profiles. Your pursuit of quality and continuous improvement ensures optimal production. You work according to a 'rolling schedule' of an average of 37.5 hours per week, with internal opportunities to grow into an all-round production employee. Your main tasks are:

• Assembly with precision and attention to detail.
• Strive for continuous quality improvement.
• Flexibility within the rolling roster.

What we offer you:

• A full-time position in 2 shifts.
• Working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM and from 2:45 PM to 11:30 PM.
• A gross hourly wage of €14.58 excluding 15.94% surcharge.
• Free on Friday during afternoon/evening shifts.
• 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 paid holidays per year.
• Pension accrual from day one.
• Training opportunities from the start.
• Reimbursement for travel expenses. 0-5 km €1.00. 5-30 km €0.23 cents per km.

What we ask of you:

• Experience in the carpentry industry is a plus, or familiarity with the sector.
• VMBO/MBO level.
• Technical insight and ability to read production drawings.
• Interest in plastic materials.
• Driven and hardworking with an affinity for technology.
