Senior Quality Analyst

For our client in Heerlen we are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst. No day is the same in this role, this position is full of variety. In this position you will mainly be involved in:

• Carrying out chemical and physical analyzes according to existing work instructions and procedures; 
• Analyzing measurement results and processing them in the database (LIMS);
• Analyze long-term measurement data with the aim of improving processes, realizing savings, proposing specification adjustments and reducing scrap;
• Placing orders for the purchase of chemicals and/or parts; 
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, with or without external help.

You will join a quality team of approximately 14 people consisting of: lab technicians, analysts and senior analysts. Together with your team you work on measurements and assessments of the products and packaging. As a team, you are also constantly working on refining and making process control more efficient. Within the organization we work with a Lean Six Sigma methodology.

What we ask of you:

• You have completed an education as MLO or HLO;
• You have experience working with ICP and/or HPLC;
• You can work in a structured way and you have an analytical mind;
• You have basic knowledge of statistics, including knowledge of Six Sigma, Yellow belt or something similar.
