Production employee

Your job is to supervise the production process using the various machines. You set this so that the products are finished perfectly. You also help your colleagues solve malfunctions, supply panels or do some clean-up work. The work is done in 2 shifts, so you always start your day with a handover from colleagues from the other shift. During this shift change, your foreman will hand out the instructions for the upcoming shift and distribute the current orders among you and your colleagues.

About the client

The company in Koewacht is the only factory that produces 100% homogeneous and formaldehyde-free flax chipboard. They therefore deliver a unique and sustainable product. Flax chipboard is the most ecologically responsible building board and has a circular footprint. They have been producing our flax chipboards from the woody stem particles of the flax plant, or the loams or shives, since 1956.
