Team Leader

As a Team Leader at ANAC, you perform a diverse range of tasks in which customer friendliness and collegiality are central! You work with your colleagues in the operation, resolve minor malfunctions and you take care of the planning and administration. You also conduct performance reviews and job interviews with potential colleagues. You will of course receive the necessary guidance for this through an extensive training program. It is important that you bring some managerial experience with you. 

Below you will find a concrete selection of your tasks:

• You are in frequent contact with customers, colleagues and suppliers
• You are concerned with administration and planning
• You conduct job interviews with potential colleagues 
• You conduct performance reviews
• You handle any complaints and ensure that they are resolved properly 

The car wash is open Monday to Sunday and your working hours are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. You coordinate your working days, but you are expected to be available during the weekends.

About the client

ANAC car wash is a family business with a history dating back 80 years and has now grown into a successful chain known for high-quality, high-quality and customer-friendly car washes in Belgium and Nederland . There are two branches in Nijmegen with the head office located on Energieweg. There are currently 20 pump stations located at this location, there is a large drive-in car wash followed by an interior track to get the car completely clean inside and out. The branch on Energieweg also has a tank shop with a bakery where you can get and enjoy the tastiest sandwiches.
