Production manager

As a team leader, you are the point of contact for your team, where cooperation on the work floor is central. Your team consists of approximately 10-12 colleagues. In addition to cooperating, you also have managerial tasks, where you organize and distribute the work and monitor progress. We expect a team leader to think along and contribute to the development of the company. You continuously develop yourself, others and the processes. In addition to managing your own team, you and your fellow managers look for improvements for the entire production department consisting of approximately 60 employees. In addition, you are able to solve minor malfunctions. The goal of this production department is to provide customers with high-quality fresh bread every day!

About the client

Our client is a leading company in the food industry, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality and fresh bakery products to their customers. 

What we offer you:

• Contract for 38 hours per week;
• Basic salary between €2573 and €3729 gross per 4 weeks excluding allowances;
• Possibility for further development within the field;
• 25 vacation days;
• Independent job in which initiative is highly appreciated.

What we ask of you:

• Managerial experience in the food industry;
• MBO working and thinking level;
• Willingness to work in shifts;
• Proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility;
• Good communication and organizational skills.
