As a Logistics administrative employee you are responsible for supporting the logistics processes within our company in Bergharen . You play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate execution of administrative tasks, with good use of Excel and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
Administrative support:
- Processing incoming and outgoing goods flows in the system.
- Keeping track of inventory levels.
- Assist in the preparation of documents.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Use of Excel to analyze logistics data and generate reports.
Communication:
- Effective communication with internal departments and external parties.
- Assist in answering customer and supplier questions regarding logistics issues.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures in all logistics activities.
