With your leadership talent and technical know-how, you ensure that customers not only leave with a sparkling clean car, but also with a smile from ear to ear. You are the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly.
As an assistant team leader, you are the driving force behind the team. You coach and encourage your team members, conduct job interviews and ensure that new colleagues get off to a smooth start. You are also responsible for cash register management, carry out minor technical repairs and draw up staff planning.
