Collaborating Foreman

Looking for a role in which you not only provide leadership, but also roll up your sleeves? This is it! As a cooperating foreman at this company, you are the key figure for realizing high-quality piping and construction work. With your experience in management and your eye for detail, you ensure that all projects run smoothly.

You are responsible for ensuring qualitatively and quantitatively good piping and construction work in accordance with the set standards. You have sufficient knowledge of fitting/construction work and effectively manage a team of fitters and welders.

Your range of tasks is diverse:

• You are not only busy with carrying out technical work, but also with coaching and managing the team.
• You are responsible for maintaining administration such as time sheets, work orders and technical documentation.
• You also actively participate in meetings and consultation moments, sometimes even leading a meeting.

What we ask of you:

• You have a technical education level 4;
• You have experience with various welding activities and knowledge of welding disciplines;
• You have knowledge of piping, fittings and reading and updating drawings;
• You have demonstrable experience as a cooperating foreman.
