As an Assistant Manager you are responsible for the smooth running of the daily operational tasks at the gas station. You lead and motivate a team of employees and ensure that they perform their tasks effectively. You are the point of contact for both employees and customers and ensure excellent customer service. You also ensure that everyone can work safely.
Responsibilities:
Our customer is a family business that has more than 350 gas stations in Nederland and has been around for 60 years. At the start of your employment, you will go through an induction program of 10 working days, in which you will learn the basic principles of the trade. We also offer e-learning modules that you can follow. The company is open to growth opportunities and offers support in this regard. Obtaining a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.
