What You're Going To Do

Get into our brand new bus and leave for one of our projects with your dedicated team. You discuss the plan for the day with your colleagues. Armed with creativity and solution-oriented, you work on renovating roofs for housing associations and large maintenance parties. You remove existing roof covering, install new prefab insulation roof panels, you carry out carpentry and zinc work and then you finish the roof with tiles, steel plates, sedum or solar panels.

What we offer you:

We strive for class, not only in our work but also in our employment conditions:

• A gross salary class between €3,200 and €4,000 per month, based on experience.
• 20 days of vacation and 10 (collective) schedule-free days per calendar year, with the option of additional vacation days.
• A signing bonus of €500.
• An attendance bonus that can amount to €1000 per year.
• A profit sharing bonus. If we make 8% profit, you also get 8%.
• Flexible working hours for an optimal work-life balance.
• Support and development of your skills through training and education.
