As a key member of the customer contact team, you are essential to the well-being of the clients. Your efforts ensure that every client feels understood and valued. Together with your colleagues, you assist more than 15,000 patients every week, and with your efforts within the customer contact team you ensure that every patient receives the necessary care and attention. Your tasks range from answering questions to handling orders, where you are always ready to assist clients. With your empathy and strong communication skills you really make a difference. This position offers challenges for both experienced healthcare and call center employees and newcomers. You will be trained in various types of medical nutrition, depending on your preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering clients' questions by telephone and advising on medical nutrition where necessary.
  • Taking new orders and solving any problems.
  • Administrative processing of orders and customer questions.
  • Approaching new clients by telephone for a personal introduction and correct processing of orders.

About the client

Support is provided to clients who are dependent on medical nutrition, such as infant nutrition, drinking nutrition and tube feeding. From referral to delivery, there is a great focus on efficiency and quality. All processes, from customer service to order processing, are managed internally. 

Customer service is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a team of approximately 55 employees. You will become part of the drinking nutrition team. You will receive a thorough 2-week training and then continuous guidance to deepen your knowledge and skills, allowing you to take on any challenge with confidence. There are opportunities to further expand your knowledge and experience and also to master work on infant nutrition or tube feeding.

  • A starting salary of € 2,300, depending on experience.
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, regardless of distance and transport.
  • A 7-month contract with option to extend.
  • An extensive internal training program and guidance by a mentor.
  • The possibility to work from home after the training period.

What we ask of you:

We are looking for a team member who strives for service excellence with empathy and dedication. You also bring:

  • Experience with MS Office and skills in using various software.
  • Flexibility in working hours with an availability of at least 24 hours per week.
  • A strong motivation to work in the healthcare sector.
