As a back office customer service employee, you are the linchpin in customer service for our client. From processing orders to careful coordination with internal and external parties, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities: If you do not fill this role, customer service processes will be disrupted. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and processing incoming orders.
  • Coordination with various parties to optimize the customer experience.
  • Accurate processing of activities and preparation of reports.
  • Invoicing of services provided.

You can achieve this by working on:

  • Efficient processing of orders.
  • Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accurate reporting and follow-up.
