Assistant Team Leader

We are looking for an assistant team leader who is available full-time in 3 shifts for Moerdijk .

As an assistant team leader, you are the right hand of the team leader. You support him on a daily basis in leading the team and take over his duties when he is absent. Together with him you will lead a team of approximately 15 motivated employees. You ensure that the machines are optimally occupied and contribute to the short-term planning of orders. Quality is of paramount importance, so you are also partly responsible for guaranteeing the quality of the products.

You will work in a 3 shift system:

• Morning shift: Monday to Thursday 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM 
  (finished on Friday at 4:30 PM) shift allowance is 10%.
• Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 
  (Friday off) shift allowance is 10%.
• Night shift: Sunday evening to Friday morning 10:30 PM - 5:30 AM 6.5 hours of work equals 8 hours; 
  shift allowance is 30%.

What we ask of you:

• You have an MBO level 4 diploma or Operator B; 
• You have managerial experience;
• You master the Dutch language;
