Customer contact is via telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp or chat. You advise customers about our products and services, find solutions that increase customer satisfaction and maintain customer administration.

About the client

As a customer service employee you will work for a dynamic company in Den Bosch with more than a century of experience in technical services. What we offer you:

You earn between € 2,316 and € 3,042 gross per month based on a 40-hour working week, depending on experience. We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities, a close-knit team and an informal working atmosphere. We also organize fun Friday afternoon drinks and annual company parties.

What we ask of you:

You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written. You are available for 20 to 38 hours a week and have experience with customer contact.
