Project Engineer Machine Construction/Crane Construction

We are looking for a driven Project Engineer with experience in mechanical engineering and crane construction. As a Project Engineer you play a crucial role in the successful execution of various multidisciplinary projects. You will be involved in both investment projects (CAPEX) and operational projects (OPEX), where finding the most suitable technical solutions is essential.

Contributions in which you will play an important role are:

• In the orientation phase you develop technical concepts and provide advice on the best technical solutions;
• In the final phase you will work closely with engineering firms and suppliers to develop proposed concepts in detail;
• During the realization phase you supervise the tender process, carry out detailed engineering and supervise the project until final delivery to the end users;
• You are responsible for maintaining and updating safety standards and performance;
• You are ready to answer questions from both internal colleagues and external partners and suppliers.

What we ask of you:

• VCA FULL;
• Completed HBO education in a technical direction, with preference towards electrical engineering;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage various parties;
• Command of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written;
• Ability to work independently and no fear of heights.
