Production employee

As a production employee at our cheese factory in Woerden , you are the key to precision, perseverance and teamwork. Work on an on-call basis in a 2-shift system with an attractive 10% extra payment for all your hours worked. Are you ready for this challenge?

Your role as a production worker includes a variety of tasks:

• Cutting cheese into smaller pieces.
• Packaging and labeling of cheese products.
• Stacking boxes on pallets.
• Cleaning the production line and workplace.

All of this is crucial to ensure that our production process runs smoothly and we maintain our quality standards.

Working hours:  You work from Monday to Friday in a 2-shift system: one week from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and the other week from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You have 2 half-hour breaks every working day. Your flexible availability allows us to optimally plan our production process.

This leading cheese factory specializes in packaging various cheese products. Together with a close-knit team you work on delivering quality and efficiency. The working atmosphere is informal and you get the opportunity to work together with motivated colleagues.

What we offer you:

We offer an attractive package of employment conditions based on a 2-shift schedule:

• Gross hourly wage of € 14.85 (including 10% shift allowance).
• Accrual of holiday pay and days (approx. 19% extra per hour).
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer (from 10 kilometers one way).
• Pension accrual after 8 weeks worked.

What we ask of you:

Your commitment as a production employee is characterized by your ability to perform physical work. You strive for results and contribute to a smooth production environment.

You also bring: 

• Flexibility in availability (minimum 2 days per week).
• Willingness to be active during the entire shift.
• Command of the Dutch language.
